    If you have to put all that crap in your body, it's fake. Back in the 70s, when Arnold came out, we might drink some protein shakes, and I even tried some creatine and amino acids, but I couldn't stay consistent because I figured if I needed to take a bunch of supplements besides vitamins, it wasn't worth it.

    TRT user here, soon to hit 40 and clinically diagnosed with low testosterone, 250 on a high and 90 on a low. So naturally the solution was Testosterone therapy, which was great, when I was on 150 mg a week, then I started pushing 200mg when I could see the gains, then 250mg, -and the 300 a week. And it felt freaking GOOD, six. Months later I was Benchpressing 405 like it was nothing. The benefits are amazing, but when the devil comes to get what he owes, it turns on you and becomes total hell. Junk stops working, mood swings, feeling exhausted, polycythemic, one negative physiological marker after another. Then you have an intervention, maybe it’s an anger snap that almost cost you your job, or maybe you just realize what all you are losing. Well, I made the best choice to stop misusing it, now I’m back to 150mg a week and feel great!

    His wife sure is one lucky lady! J.B. Is one hell of a good looking man. To me this is what a man is all about. Even watching him smoke is beyond sexy!! I like that he lives his life the way he wants to live it not what society thinks he should!!

    Imagine spending that much time and effort in the gym and that much money to only have a mid level physique. 400ml a day is absolutely laughable when you still dont have a 6 pack. Why not tighten your diet sleep recovery and cardio and actually get decent results. Honestly these guys are all gonna be dead before 50.

    It's crazy how it seems like this was so much less charged like 7 years ago. Obviously that's a wicked over simplification but when stuff like this comes out today the comments are such a warzone. Idk why it's changed so much.

    All of these idiots are ego lifting doing half reps what a fucking joke

    • @ukbleedbluex9340
      @ukbleedbluex9340 3 дні тому

      To effectively go to failure half reps are totally okay. In fact research has shown partial reps at the end of a set have very positive effects on hypertrophy. Basically reach failure then crank out a as many partial reps as you can. Obviously the focus should be on a slow and deep stretch on the negative but there’s room for both when used effectively.

    As a native NYer who now lives elsewhere, I think it can be hard for people from less populated parts of the country who have a different societal orientation to understand the concept of firearms in NYC. Plaxico is from Florida, where firearms are commonplace and not fround upon. So, he brought that perspective to NY. Growing up in the city I knew and was socialized to mandatory sentences for possessing a firearm, and he would not readily have that perspective. As an example, my Sister came to visit me from NY and we were walking past a gun store that had firearms displayed in their window. My sister stopped in her tracks and could not believe what she was seeing. In fact, she exclaimed that they were selling them out in the open like they were shoes. That is the socialization NYers have about firearms, and the rest of the country is very different. I’ve heard…but don’t know if it is accurate…that the NYPD makes a significant number of gun arrests from people who visit the city and bring their firearms along innocently without understanding how guns are treated and viewed in NYC. To NYers, the concept of innocently caring a firearm does not exist…that is the difference. In the end, the incident showed us how humble and accountable Burris is…plus the fact that it is critical to understand local gun laws.
